What it does
When to use
- You need today’s station prep or pull sheet from jobs already on the book.
- A batch came out short or over and you want the baht impact on that formula.
- A café, florist, or truck runs more than one station and should pull only its tickets.
Examples
- Saturday prep board: cakes, buns, boxes, grouped by oven / finish / pack.
- Short croissant yield: formula says 12, tray came out 10. Unit cost rises; baht hit is the two missing pieces.
- Café station pull: espresso vs pastry vs cold bar. Each station sees only its tickets.
When not to use
- Station waste / spoilage tap: Waste log. Taking spoiled stock off. Waste on the Make page.
- Expiry, scan, or voice-fill: Scan stock.
- Fridge/freezer °C log: Fridge temperature log. Not this extra.
Features
- Open orders due this day, grouped by product or station. Assign a station if the bench is split.
- Stock and packaging this day’s jobs need. Tick on paper if you print.
- Type what the mix actually made. Planned starts from the formula. Scale planned if you mixed more than one batch.

Step by step
- Pick the day (default today). Open orders due that day become the board.
- Group by product or by station. Assign a station on a product if you use stations.
- Read the pull list. Print the paper sheet if you want it on the bench.
- On Yield: keep or scale planned qty, type actual qty. See unit cost change and baht impact.
