Fridge temperature log

What it does

When to use

• A walk-in, display fridge, or chest freezer should show a number, not a memory at close.
• You want a 2×/day habit (morning + afternoon, Bangkok) and a flag when it leaves the band.
• You need a week grid + browser print/PDF for your own book, not a filing.

Examples

• Shop walk-in: morning 3 °C, afternoon 4 °C. 9 °C after a door-left-open flags.
• Café display fridge: cake fridge 0 to 5. Missed PM shows as a gap on the week sheet.
• Florist cooler: stem fridge °C here; bunch expiry stays on Scan stock.

When not to use

• Yoghurt, cream, stems, or a chilled pack best-before. Scan stock EXP.
• Station waste / spoilage tap: Waste log. Yield on a recipe. Today's prep list.
• Counter display-case open/mid/close log: Display fridge temp. Not this extra.
• Flower cool-box load sheet (variety temp band, wet/dry, gel-pack, load order). Not this extra.
• Thai FDA or inspection filing. IoT probes. Cameras. Omise.

Features

• Add a unit: fridge (default 0 to 5 °C) or freezer (default −25 to −18 °C). Name it.
• Tap today’s °C. Morning and afternoon chips. Out-of-range flags if outside min/max.
• Read the week grid (Monday to Sunday, Bangkok).
• Print / Save PDF from the browser. The disclaimer stays on the sheet.
