Holiday orders

What it does

When to use

• A named holiday run needs a public cutoff and a last make day the owner types.
• Each item code needs a unit cap and a sold-vs-cap counter from Free order lines.
• You want one tap to stop holiday orders on these item codes, while ordinary Free orders still land.

• Songkran tray run: cap 40 trays; stop holiday orders after the public cutoff.
• Mother's Day cake round: per-item caps; last make day reminder.
• Mid-Autumn mooncake: move leftover ingredients to stock after you stop holiday orders.

When not to use

• Ordinary uncapped orders and calendar: Free plan. Stay there outside a holiday round.
• Custom spec / quote / deposit: All orders. Stall / wholesale trays. Market & Wholesale.
• Today’s prep board: Today's prep list. Grab / Shopee / LINE connection. AI demand invent.
