What it does

When to use

• A Makro / market receipt is in your hand and you do not want to retype every pack.
• You are holding the sack and can say the line out loud (qty, baht, expiry).
• Yoghurt, cream, stems, or a chilled pack needs an expiry date and a nudge before it spoils.

Examples

• Makro flour sack: paste “แป้งสาลี 1 กก 55”. Confirm. Stock shows the sack and the pack price.
• Voice cream: speak the line, same sheet, set a 3-day reminder.
• Florist stems: invoice lists two bunches. Scan, confirm, set expiry on the bunch that wilts first.

When not to use

• Typing a supplier receipt into the purchase book. Cost per item.
• Empty-state migration from a Nestlé sheet or another app's flat export. Import.
• “How much sauce is left?” voice Q&A. Elite later, not this extra.
• Fridge/freezer equipment °C: Fridge temperature log. Scan stock EXP is the pack date, not the cabinet thermometer.
