Display fridge temp

What it does

When to use

• A café or cake counter has named display cases that need a morning, mid, and close reading.
• An out-of-range reading needs an action note (moved cream cakes, door propped, etc.).
• You want a day history per case instead of scrap paper.

Examples

• Fridge cake case: morning open out of range → action note “moved cream cakes”; no materials list edit.
• Ambient pastry case: mid/close temps replace scrap paper.
• Turning this tool off doesn't change your packs, recipe costs or stock.

When not to use

• Walk-in / cold-chain fridge or freezer log. Fridge temperature log. Different product.
• HACCP consulting, certified auditor claims, or Thai FDA filing. Never.
• Formula / recipe / materials list cost editor. Seal check. Festival round, cure/pour, channel list math.

• Add a case: name, location note, optional product chip, optional °C band.
• Log open, mid, and close temps (manual °C). Out of range flags from your band or a typed tick.
