When to use

• Qty is short or cartons are damaged and you need flags + close-up evidence for a claim chat.
• You want a signed timestamp without rewriting Free stock or formula cost.

Examples

• Ingredient delivery short 2 bags: photo + short flag; dispute note; no materials list rewrite.
• Damaged carton: close-up photos + sign-off timestamp for claim chat.
• Turning this tool off doesn't change your recipe costs or stock. No separate stock system.

When not to use

• Packaging seal check. Display-case temps. Flower cool-box load sheet.
• A full stock system (putaway, multi-location, ASN, PO matching). Fridge °C log. Fridge temperature log.
• Lab inspection, certified accept, or FDA claims. Never. Formula / materials list cost editor.
