Cost per item
Keep your costs right with supplier receipts and packaging.
What it does
When to use
- A sack, tin, stem bunch, or ribbon roll arrived and the receipt price is not the price still on Stock.
- You need the box / ribbon / wrap / jar add-on on a product, not only the recipe.
- A delivery was short, damaged, or overcharged. A simple note, not a ledger.
Examples
- Florist ribbon roll went up. Log the receipt. The wrap sheet on the bouquet picks up the new add-on.
- The flour sack is dearer this week. Recipes that use that sack show the honest unit cost.
- Café takeaway jar changed. Log the pack, save a jar sheet, apply it on the iced drink.
When not to use
- Scanning a paper receipt or voice-fill: Scan stock.
- Custom quote / deposit / invoice: All orders.
- The paid HQ supplier directory (ads / listings), e-Tax, or payroll.
Features
- Add the supplier you actually buy from (name is enough).
- Log a purchase: date, packs, baht per pack. Pack cost on Stock becomes the receipt price.
- Save a packaging sheet and apply it on a product so true cost includes the add-on.
- Optional credit note or short-delivery reason on that purchase.
