Allergen clean-down
Keep a signed record each time you clean down between allergens.
What it does
When to use
- You flip a make-and-sell batch from one allergen set to another and need a signed clean record.
- Tools, bowls, or the bench need a clean checklist plus a surface-wipe flag before the next batch.
- You want hold / release with a signer and time, and an optional clean-station photo.
Examples
- Peanut cookies then a plain butter batch. Clean bowls, wipe the bench, hold until the signer releases.
- Sesame buns to a gluten-aware tray: label checkbox is the shop’s own check, not a certificate.
- Turning this tool off doesn't change your recipe costs or stock. No lab swab and no allergen-free badge.
When not to use
- Packaging seal check. Display-case temps. Flower cool-box load sheet. Supplier delivery accept.
- FDA pack-label, an allergen-free claim, or a lab swab. Never. Formula / materials list cost editor.
- Rewriting Free formula cost. This log does not touch the materials list.
Features
- New log → batch / run ID, then allergens handled from → to (peanut, sesame, dairy, egg, gluten, soy, shellfish, other + note).
- Tick the tool/equipment clean checklist and the surface-wipe flag. Label verify is an honesty checkbox. Not an FDA stamp.
- Hold, release, or close with a signer and timestamp. Optional clean-station photo. Shop record only.
