See the true cost of one lunch box.
You buy chicken by the kilo and oil by the tin. Every order needs a box and a bag. KamraiDee shows what one lunch box really costs. Then you can set the price on your window.
Joining costs nothing. There is no waitlist.
What a box really earns
You think you make ฿25 a box. Do you?
Your time counts.
The market run, the cooking, the driving and the selling. Seven hours at ฿100 an hour, over 50 boxes, is ฿14 a box.
Running costs count.
Gas, fuel and the spot cost ฿50 every hour you're open. Here that's ฿7 a box.
The box and bag count.
The box, the bag and the spoon go into the cost of every box you sell.
Food left at the end of the night is money lost. Log it in baht and see what it cost you.
These costs were always there. Add your hours and running costs once, and KamraiDee counts them in every box.

How to price a box: margin, not markup
On a busy day it's easy to just add 50% to the cost. With made-up numbers, a ฿35 box plus 50% sells at about ฿53 and leaves about ฿18. That is a third of the price, not half.
FAQ
Food truck costing questions, from batch to box
How do I calculate the food cost of one box?
Enter each ingredient at the pack price you paid, shipping included, and say how many boxes the batch fills. KamraiDee divides the cost and adds the box and bag, so you see the true cost of one order.
What happens to food left over at closing?
You log it as waste, in baht, and it comes off your profit. So a busy day with lots of food left over shows its real profit.
Is a big sales day the same as a good profit day?
No. Sales is the money customers pay you. Profit is what's left after the true cost of what you sold: food, boxes, bags and, if you count it, your time. KamraiDee lists each product with how many sold and its profit, from your completed orders.
Is KamraiDee free for food trucks?
Yes. KamraiDee is free to join. Every shop type gets the same app. Your chicken and oil go in as stock with shipping in the cost, and each batch as a recipe with how many boxes it fills. You also get products with their profit, packaging included, a waste log in baht, orders and a calendar, and your shop page with your PromptPay QR. See the pricing page at /pricing.
Other shops that cook and sell use the same app.
