What a cup really earns
You think you make ฿35 a cup. Do you?
Your time counts.
Opening, prep, making and cleaning. Eight hours at ฿100 an hour, over 80 cups, is ฿10 a cup.
Running costs count.
Electricity, gas and rent cost ฿80 every hour you're open. Here that's ฿8 a cup.
The cup and lid count.
Every cup, lid and straw goes into the cost of the drink.
Milk and drinks you pour away are money lost. Log them in baht and see what they cost you.
These costs were always there. Add your hours and running costs once, and KamraiDee counts them in every cup.
