All orders
See every order from every place you sell in one list.
What it does
When to use
- A job needs a spec / quote sheet, not just a menu item.
- You take a deposit and the balance is due at pickup.
- The customer needs a simple invoice (print / PDF). Not a tax invoice.
Examples
- Wedding cake deposit: tiers, flavour, flowers, 50% now, balance Friday pickup.
- Florist event tray: colour palette and stem count on the sheet, deposit, invoice for the venue.
- Café corporate invoice: Friday tray, simple PDF for accounts. Not e-Tax.
When not to use
- Unpaid PromptPay on named orders already in the book. Payment reminders.
- Scanning a paper receipt or voice-fill: Scan stock.
- Card charge, auto-renew, Omise, or full e-Tax / ใบกำกับภาษี.
Features
- Capture the customer and the spec sheet (size, flavour, colours, tray notes).
- Quote from the catalog or a typed line. Set deposit and pickup window.
- Record the deposit. Convert to a named order when they say yes.
- Issue a simple invoice from the job or a due / completed order. Print from the browser. Not e-Tax.
