What it does

When to use

• A Sunday market / hotel foyer / temple fair needs a book: what you planned to make, the stall fee, what actually sold.
• A café or hotel buys trays or cases, not single retail pieces. That list must not sit on the café margin screen.
• A catering / office lunch / wedding headcount should become tray counts, then a real order on the book.

Examples

• Sunday market stall: plan 24 brownies and 40 cookies, ฿500 stall fee. Type what sold at close.
• Café tray list: 12 brownies a tray at a wholesale pack price. Retail ฿45 still lives on Products.
• Office lunch 40 pax: 1 sandwich each, 8 per tray → 5 trays. Write the pending order.

When not to use

• Public /m weekend promo or LINE bio widget. Shopfront (Basic).
• Café / retail unit margin: Products (Free).
• Courier, marketplace, Grab / Shopee. Team shifts. Staff shifts. Par / lot / transfer. Low-stock alerts.

Features

• Stall day: date, venue, stall fee, plan qty. After close, type sold qty. Profit is sold money minus mix minus stall fee.
• Wholesale list: tray or case, pieces per pack, pack price. Retail unit stays on Products.
• Event: headcount → trays = ceil(headcount × portions/person ÷ portions/tray). Write order creates a pending job.
