What it does

When to use

  • A customer ordered in LINE chat or the shop OA, and you would otherwise retype it.
  • You have a PromptPay slip and want a suggested match on an unpaid order (you still confirm).
  • The job is ready and you need a “ready for pickup” LINE message to copy or share. You send it.

Examples

  • Saturday cake: “เค้กช็อก 1 ปอนด์ รับเสาร์ 15:00 คุณมิ้นต์”. Paste, confirm, book.
  • Florist same-day OA note with stem count and a name. You confirm the customer first.
  • Café tray in the morning; afternoon “โอนแล้ว” slip. Assist-match; you confirm it is the same payment.

When not to use

  • Scanning a paper receipt or voice-fill: Scan stock.
  • Custom spec / quote / deposit / invoice. All orders.
  • Chasing unpaid PromptPay already in the book. Payment reminders. No bank connection.

Features

  • Paste the LINE chat or OA note. Check the draft (customer, due, item notes).
  • Tick confirm: nothing is written until you do.
  • A pending named order appears beside ordinary orders.
  • Optional slip match and ready-for-pickup copy. You send LINE. We do not blast.
