What it does
When to use
- A custom or menu order is ready (or due) and the balance is unpaid.
- The customer said “โอนแล้ว” but the money is not there.
- Deposit paid, balance due on pickup.
Examples
- Saturday cake pickup: deposit in, Friday evening soft remind for the balance.
- Café tray: Ready + unpaid QR, one LINE share.
- Florist same-day: customer ghosted after “โอนแล้ว”, polite second nudge from the list.
When not to use
- Taking card payments / Omise: not this extra.
- Writing a spec, deposit structure, or invoice. That is All orders.
- Auto-messaging every customer without the owner sending it.
