Staff shifts

What it does

When to use

• Saturday to Sunday needs a simple roster (oven, counter, packing) that the owner can print or show on a phone.
• A café collects a service charge or tip jar and must write how it was split. Not send money.
• Opening or closing a station should be the same every shift. A new weekend hand needs three short cards.

Examples

• Weekend shop: Sat 07:00 to 15:00 oven (Mai), counter (Bee). Owner prints the roster.
• Café tip jar: Sunday pot ฿1,200. Three hands, equal split ฿400. Report only. Cash still leaves the jar by hand.
• Florist open list: water buckets, wipe bench, check cooler. New Saturday hand reads the “allergen / sharp tools” card first.

When not to use

• Payroll, SSO, tax withholding, or auto tip payout. Not this product.
• Staff GPS, cameras, or time-clock surveillance: never.
• Par / lot / transfer / count. Low-stock alerts. Stall / wholesale / event trays. Market & Wholesale.
