Stall opening checklist

What it does

When to use

• A truck or market stall needs a short open checklist before the window goes up.
• You want today’s Bangkok packs on one day panel, plus recent days.
• Power, water, a fridge note, and a cash-float note should live on the pack. Not in chat.

Examples

• Saturday window: nickname “Market window”, service date today, tap power and water, note “fridge door shut”.
• Cash tin: type “small notes in the tin”. It is a note. It does not post money.
• Abort: rain-out before pitch ready. Status aborted. Stock and formula stay put.

When not to use

• A café open/close book. Walk-in fridge log. Display-case °C. Station waste. Temper timer.
• A sensor, an inspection filing, or a food-safety certificate. Never.
• Rewriting formula / materials list cost or stock. The cash-float line is a note, not a till.
