What it does

When to use

• The shop employs or borrows a rider and needs proof the bag reached the door.
• Cash on delivery must land in the book the same evening.
• A florist or café runs weekend drops with one motorbike, not Grab.

Examples

• Evening cake drop: Order 1042 Ready. Rider Nok takes a photo at the gate, types ฿450 COD. Owner sees the row at close.
• Florist weekend: two Out orders. Each gets a porch photo and “left with guard” note. No map.
• Wrong door: photo proves the bag was at building B. Dispute stays a shop conversation, not a platform claim.

When not to use

• GrabFood / LINE MAN / platform take-rate CSV. Delivery app fees.
• Unpaid PromptPay on pickup orders: Payment reminders.
• Live GPS, rider phone ping, or a camera on the rider. Omise card capture.

• Upload one photo (shop evidence). Type COD baht, rider name, optional note.
• Save. The row appears on Recent PODs. Photos sit in a private bucket named by workspace. KamraiDee does not post them to the guest.
