Display restock note

What it does

When to use

• The pastry case is thin and the next person should see what to put back.
• You want today’s refill notes, plus recent days for the shop.
• Two spots (bread shelf, cake case) can each have a note the same day.

Examples

• Cake case: spot “front cake”, note “two chocolate, one coconut”. Stock qty unchanged.
• Bread shelf: “sourdough loaves low after 11”. A note, not a count.
• Empty case: “do not refill tarts, oven 2 is down”. Still not a temperature log.

When not to use

• Display-case °C, open / mid / close. That is Display fridge temp. No degrees here.
• A temper window. That is Chocolate temperature. A market buy ticket (Market shopping list) or a supplier accept photo (Check deliveries). Never.
• A stock count or a purchase order. Free formula, materials list, cost, or stock quantity. Never.

Features
