Pack-label checklist

What it does

When to use

• A pack is about to go out and you want three shop taps on one card.
• The allergen line and the date line were looked at. You want the time stored.
• A seal photo was taken somewhere else, and a tap is enough. The photo file stays out of this book.

Examples

• Brownie box: nickname “Sat brownie”, today, tap allergen line and date line, status ready. No seal tap.
• Seal elsewhere: tap seal photo after you shot it on the phone. This card stores the time, not the picture. It is not Packaging Seal Check.
• Draft left open: nickname only, status draft. Stock quantity stays where it was.

When not to use

• Packaging seal check. A seal inspection, a seal photo file, or a pass/fail seal book. Never.
• An FDA label, a nutrition panel, a certificate, or the Thai pack label vault. Never.
• Free formula, materials list, cost, or stock quantity. A pet-treat pack card (Pet-treat pack date). Never.

Features

• New card. Product nickname and the shop’s day. Status starts as draft. Mark ready when the card is done.
• Tap allergen line and date line. Tap seal photo only if you took one. Tap again to restamp. No file is stored.
• Today and the recent Bangkok window list the cards. Ready does not require the seal tap.
