Allergen info
Keep the allergen line for each product in one place.
What it does
When to use
- You want the allergen words for a product nickname in one place.
- The line is still a draft, or you are ready to keep the words.
- You type the line yourself. The book does not invent it.
Examples
- Brownie box: nickname “Sat brownie”, line “contains peanut, milk”, status draft.
- Ready: same words, status ready. It is not an FDA label and not a changeover log.
- Edit a word later. Formula and materials list stay put.
When not to use
- Allergen changeover (Allergen clean-down). A from-to clean log. Never.
- An FDA label, a nutrition panel, a certificate, or the pack-label checklist. Never.
- Free formula, materials list, cost, or stock quantity. Never.
Features
- New card. Product nickname. Type the allergen line. Status starts as draft.
- Mark ready when the words are the ones you want to keep. Ready is not a regulated claim.
- The list is the shop’s cards. Stock quantity stays put.
