Soap bottle fill
Check each bottle is clean, filled and labelled.
What it does
When to use
- A bottle is about to go out and you want four shop taps on one card.
- You looked at the fill line and want the time stored. Not a millilitre.
- A card should stay as draft, be marked ready, or be voided without touching the formula.
Examples
- Hand soap: nickname “Sat bottle”, today, tap bottle clean, label on, fill line, and cap, status ready.
- Void a bad fill: status void. The taps stay as a record. The formula stays put.
- Draft left open: nickname only, status draft. Fragrance load stays where it was.
When not to use
- Candle cure. A pour rack, a cure day, or a cure timer. Never.
- IFRA, a toxicity claim, or Free fragrance load. Never.
- Pack-label checklist. Quick count. Formula, materials list, cost, or stock quantity. Never.
Features
- New card. Product nickname and the shop’s day. Status starts as draft. Mark ready or void when you decide.
- Tap bottle clean, label on, fill line, and cap. Tap again to restamp. Fill line stores a time, not a volume.
- Today and the recent Bangkok window list the cards.
