What it does

When to use

• A tray of pet treats just left the oven and you want the cool steps on one card.
• You want today’s Bangkok batches on a day list, plus recent days.
• Ready to pack is a note you type, next to a tap. Not a lab line.

Examples

• Chicken bites tray: nickname “Sat tray”, start today, tap out of oven. Status cooling. No moisture number.
• Cool to touch: tap when you can hold the tray. The time is a shop mark, not a probe.
• Ready to pack: type “bag when cool to touch”. It is not a Pet-treat pack date and it does not move stock.

When not to use

• A Pet-treat pack date. Pack date, feel word, moisture, photo of the bag, or best-by. Never.
• A Curing tracker. Soap or candle cure. A temper timer. Never.
• A probe, °C, a vaccine record, or an AAFCO / FDA / Thai pet-food certificate. Free formula, materials list, cost, or stock. Never.

Features

• New batch. Nickname or batch ID and Bangkok start. Status starts as draft.
• Tap out of oven, mid cool, cool to touch, and ready to pack. Each tap stamps Bangkok time. Tap again to restamp. No degrees.
