What it does
When to use
- A station is set and you want the nickname on today’s board.
- You already have a photo link and want it on the card. Or you leave the link blank.
- You want today’s cards for the shop’s day, plus recent days, marked draft, ready, or void.
Examples
- Pastry bench: nickname “bench”, today, status ready, no photo link. Stock quantity stays put.
- Photo elsewhere: paste an https link you already have. This card stores the link, not the file. It is not Packaging Seal Check.
- Void the card: status void. Formula and materials list stay put.
When not to use
- A photo file, a seal photo, or the packaging seal book. Never.
- A display-case temperature log. Degrees. Never.
- Free stock quantity, formula, or materials list. Never.
