Florist event prep
Get everything ready for each event with one checklist.
What it does
When to use
- An event is on the book and you want the morning checks on one card.
- You want today’s Bangkok events on a day list, plus recent days.
- The stems note and the delivery window are words you type, next to a tap.
Examples
- Saturday wedding: nickname “Nuch”, day today, tap buckets and water. Pitch stays off until the van is packed.
- Stems as words: type “12 roses, 8 eucalyptus”. It does not move stock.
- Window as words: type “14:00 to 16:00”. It is not a rider and not a cool-box sheet.
When not to use
- A cool-box load sheet (variety, wet/dry, gel pack). That is Flower cooler list.
- Station waste or a baht loss. That is Waste log. A stem-count waste note is Stem waste note.
- Free formula, materials list, cost, or stock. A rider. A probe. Never.
