1. Search for your shop firstSearch Google Maps for your shop's name and area. If it's already there, claim it. If not, add it. The profile is free at business.google.com.
2. Use your real shop nameType the name on your sign or your page, nothing more. Extra words, like "best" or a list of products, can get a profile suspended.
3. Pick the main categoryChoose the one category that best says what you sell. You can add a few more after it.
4. Address or service areaA shop with a front door shows its address. If you deliver or sell at markets and have no shop front, set a service area and keep your home address hidden.
5. Hours and special hoursAdd your normal opening hours. Set special hours before holidays and days off, so nobody comes to a closed door.
6. A phone and a link to orderAdd a phone you answer. For the website link, use the page where people can order, such as your KamraiDee shop page (kamraidee.com/m/yourshop).
7. Verify that it's yoursGoogle asks you to prove you run the shop. Google picks the way, for example a short video, a call or a text. It can take a few days. The profile shows in full only after this.
8. Add real photosAdd your logo, a cover photo, the shop front or stall, and 5 to 10 photos of what you sell. Use your own photos, in daylight if you can.
9. Write a short descriptionTwo or three plain sentences: what you sell, who it's for and how to order. No links, and no prices that will change.
10. Add what you sellAdd your main products or services with a photo and a price. Keep the prices the same as in your shop.
11. Ask for reviews, and answer themCopy the review link from your profile and turn it into a QR code for the counter or the bag. Don't offer a gift for a review. Reply to every review, kind or not, short and calm. Make a free QR code
12. Post once a week, then check viewsShare an update, a new item or an offer each week. Your profile now shows how many people saw each post, so do more of what gets seen.
