KamraiDee vs a spreadsheet
A spreadsheet is a fair place to start. It is free, and you can shape it around anything you make or find. It breaks when one pack price has to update every item, and when shipping, packaging and waste never make it into the cell.

What a spreadsheet does well
It costs nothing. You already have it.
It is flexible. Add a column for a thing you made, or a thing you found and sell. Nobody has to approve the layout.
Where it breaks
A new pack price does not flow into every recipe or product. You change the pack to 1,250 baht, then you hunt for every row that still uses the old price.
Shipping and packaging get left out. The cell shows the ingredient, not the box, the bag, or the trip to pick it up.
Waste goes unrecorded. A piece that spoiled, or one you could not sell, still cost you. The sheet stays quiet.
There is no shop page. The sheet cannot take an order.
What KamraiDee adds
True cost per item, with shipping, packaging and waste in the number.
Recipes and products. Change the pack price once. The recipes and products that use it follow. A thing you found keeps the price you paid for it.
Orders. Write what sold. The line shows what it cost.
A shop page people can order from.
A Free plan with no end date.
